Shipping Policy We ship orders to most countries around the world. For security and convenience, we ship only to the billing address of the account holder. If you need your order shipped outside this area, contact us.
Packaging Materials We package all shipments to guard against damage during shipment. In some cases, we recycle materials, including boxes and packing, for out-going shipments. If you have questions about our recycling policy, contact us.
Exchange Policy Your satisfaction is important to us. Every item we sell is new, still in the retail package (as applicable), unless otherwise noted, and insured against loss or damage during delivery. We accept exchanges on damaged merchandise only. If you receive damaged merchandise, contact us immediately. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge.
Return Policy Returned items must be in same condition as originally sold. Returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays all return shipping costs. Contact us for all returns.
Cancellations We ship all orders within 48 hours generally. If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it, and we will promptly refund your total less 5% transaction fee.
Out-of-Stock Items We make every effort to reflect our inventory in this online store. Occasionally, an item may go out-of-stock but not be reflected here.
